Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing transfers vibrant liquid ink onto a specialized, intermediary film before applying it permanently to the cap, providing a vivid result for the finished design.
By combing an opaque white ink base with a thermoplastic adhesive, your custom design can now be printed on almost any color fabric, no matter how dark or light.
This innovative printing process allows for the application of graphics to areas that would normally be very difficult or impossible to print on with traditional printing methods and machinery.
